happy accidents
Recently I took on a job printing skateboards for a customer and it didn’t turn out as planned. Neither the client nor I were happy with the results and so we scrapped the project as a whole. I was left with the boards wondering what to do with them. I decided I didn’t want to completely erase my failure and instead embrace the mistakes I made and keep them a part of the new art I wanted to create. These boards are really a reminder to me that to learn and grow as an artist you have to be willing to fail and move forward or you will never learn anything new or challenge your ability.
